Area M-11, the Crypt Spire is a location inCode Vein. It's a chamber where the researcher Juzo Mido executes his research and experiments. Many have fallen victim to his failed experiments and were left in the crypt to mutate into hostile beings.
It's the place where the fight against the Blade Bearer and the Cannoneer take place, as well as the fight against Mido himself.
