Fighter is a Blood Code in Code Vein, and is one of the three Blood Codes you possess at the beginning of the game. Fighter has the highest Base Balance and Weight Limit of the three starting Blood Codes, and has the highest weight limit of all "Normal" mobility Blood Codes you can obtain.
