Ishtar is a Blood Code in Code Vein, obtained from the Ishtar Vestige Core after defeating the Queen's Knight Reborn at the end of the Provisional Government Outskirts.
This Blood Code is known for its Deliverance skill, which allows the user to tank any damage their AI partner takes when they fall to 1 HP. This lets the player function as a defensive support, using buffs to support their ally to let them do the heavy lifting.
